by royalsontour1871 » 19 Apr 2009 00:57

did anyone else see what went on with a barnsley fan at half time with 7 stewards beating him down to the ground?

I applaud the small band of Barnsley fans that basically told our stewards to oxf*rd off when repeatedly asked to sit down. Northerners > Southerners

They haven't got a Season Ticket being revoked to worry about.

Getting your season ticket revoked should be more of an incentive I would think.

Now if they threatened to let you keep your season ticket then that might work.

I wasn't talking about home fans. Similar scenario at an away game with RFC fans, no-one would dare stick up for their fellow supporters and do the same

Sitting down > standing up

I'm less concerned about stewards at away games - it's bad enough dealing with the whining middle-aged, middle class kunts who insist on sitting in the back rows then expecting everyone to sit down for them (a special hello to the couple on the back row at Blackpool who did this and were told to fukk off by the 50 odd people standing up in front of them).
