So now the only surprise tomorrow is going to be the goalkeeper's kit.

To those doubting; remember on some of the African shirts a while back (no idea if they still have it) the numbers on the back have the same sort of, rough, 'child's like' drawing style (see below) and is clearly what Puma have adopted with the new Reading shirt.

I really do not understand the club why don't they just go for a simple retro small blue and white hooped kit and not to arse about with all this post modern oxford rubbish kit. Blue shorts and no hoops around the back . yet again another crap kit from Reading that i wont buy.

Well I like it! Might even buy my own shirt with my vouchers... maybe a home and an away one.

So there!

Best home kit we've had in years.
Tho if it was up to me, the hoops would be scrapped!

They've done exactly what they did on the 05/06 kit, the one white hoop along the bottom on the back.

SLAMMED I'm afraid the images on the jd sport website look like genuine shirts. It's a shame, I like the shirt I photoshopped a lot better than this crap they've thrown together.

+1

Best shirt in years. Last years would have taken the crown but for the silly V.

If it was up to you we'd change our name, move to a new ground and play a different sport.....

Its out. I sort of like it, but the home shirt looks like it has been coloured in by a five year old.

I think its alright, could have been worse with one of Puma's current stupid neck designs or the Ivory Coast patchwork shoulder in a slightly different colour. At least it looks like an original design and not a template of someone else's shirt replicated across 20 clubs over Europe and if the pictures on here are to be believed it is at least going back to an embroidered badge and not a stuck on felt one.

Personally the 2005/6 kit is my favourite of the last 10 years as it has a proper collar on it but I reckon the main reason is the memories of that season make me look fondly at the shirt. Let's hope this shirt becomes a favourite one because of another host of good memories from 2010/11 season!!
