Should be a good game. Love to see the Mexicans beat Brazil.
There's goals in this one.

Hoping that Brazil suffer some refereeing injustices to even up the ref gifting them the first game.

Although it's not looking good so far.

the ref's looking like it'd take a murder on the pitch to give a yellow.

If the ref grows a pair there'll be sending's off in this game. That said, I'm getting a bit tired of the theatrics when fouled during this tournament. I've not known it this bad before. Every tap looks like they should be heading to hospital, and I've lost count of the number of times we've seen the stretcher already.

You can't of forgotten Rivaldo v Turkey, the pinnacle of theatrics.

There may never be any individual incident as bad as that again.

Said on the radio before the game that 5000 brazilians play football professionally around the world outside of Brazil

I have nothing to compare that to but it sounds quite  worthy

Individual efforts granted, it's just the sheer volume of 4 limb spread flight attempts this time round. No-one can just fall over anymore.

There can't be much more than 3000 players in the Football League! That's can't be true.

There are more leagues than just the English league!

Or was that a whoosh?

Christ. Jonathon Pearce still going on about goalline technology getting it "wrong" the other night.

Couldn't someone have explained it to him?

There are 200 or so professional leagues so 5000 brazilians would mean 25 per league on average. Seems high.

I think people are doing it deliberately on here because they know it irritates some. I fcuking hope so anyway.

My point wonderfully illustrated by Alvez there who thinks he might be in trouble so effects an injury long after the incident is over only to give up on it with a cheeky grin to the ref.

The point being the English league is one of the biggest in the world, so that's a stupendous number to be playing abroad professionally.
