Whilst from a financial standpoint Liverpool must be outsiders for either Mbappe or Haaland (with rumours growing that Dortmund will cash in now for £150m rather than lose him for half of that next year) - it does feel like finishing 4th or better is absolutely critical this season for Liverpool in respect of maintaining the momentum of the last few years.

I keep hearing/reading journalists say that Dortmund's finances have been hit especially hard by covid and this summer its pretty much a guarantee that either Haaland or Sancho will leave them. Makes sense for Haaland to leave now if they can get quite a bit more than the 2022 buy out clause. Though maybe they can hold on if Sancho is going to leave, which it sounds very much like he is, and for less than they were asking last summer

Be brilliant if he went to Man U as well, though I can't work out wether Solskaar is actually not a very good manager or the players, apart from Fernandez, are overrated shite. Could be both.
