As it should be. I think Oxlade-Chamberlain needs to make the position his own, not convinced from what I've seen from him so far.

It's all just lacking a bit of zing to the passing. As so often, England look pretty pedestrian when it comes to passing and moving. Tippy tappy backwards and forwards to no actual end and then go direct obviously.
