He was very good, especially when he went over to the right.

Does he partner Gunter when he plays for Wales? Bale one assumes plays on the left.

This.

Hal Robson-Kanu has been dump for the best part of four years now, but recently he's starting to put a shift.

No. Gunter has been playing as one of three centre backs in recent times for Wales. Jazz Richards plays as right wing back. Bale plays a free role down the middle. HRK leads the line.

Fair play to him. Today he was class.

The thing that is so frustrating for fans is that we all know he can be brilliant but unfortunately it only happens once or twice a season.

Hopefully he can play like this every week.

I think he's looking really fit at the moment as well and stamina to last a full 90 minutes is good

Royal Ginger Had all the look of someone looking for a contract somewhere.

Which of course coincides with his last purple patch.

He was immense today though, a great effort

Will be badly missed when he is gone, no doubt signing for a premiership side. Shame we can get him to sign a new contract.

One of Readings best players.

Not sure I'd go that far but he was excellent again today - working well with Gunts and looking a real threat on the right.

Yep, quality showing there. Best position clearly wide forward.

I think we're finding our shape and first XI

So far he seems far better on the right than he does does on the left or #shudder# upfront.

1 and a half good games since he moved out right. One of the most consistent runs of his Reading career !

I know it was only Walsall but what he did yesterday was good in terms of passing and the goal.
My grouse is that he just doesn't do enough week in, week out.
If he produces again in the next few games and eventually scores a league goal this season then he just might deserve a new contract but from past experience it is quite a big "if".

McD is proving himself a good man manager with Vydra. No reason why the same magic dust cannot be sprinkled on other players.

Really noticeable yesterday how the team bonded as a single unit. So different to just a few games ago. Feels similar to the post Rodgers era.

Well HRK is stepping up. Danny Williams is playing out of himself. Vydra has become a goal machine. Brian is a great man manager.

The unbelievers can go fcuk themselves. You know who you are.

I'm his biggest critic every week but I've got to say he did well on Saturday, looked very dangerous every time he cut in off the right wing.

Though in the league he has been poor this year.
