Winston Biscuit Chuckled earlier as I heard it suggested that rather than play boring crowd noises on telly for matches they should look to play some really intense crowd noises. If you are going to fake it then you make as well fake it with something good.

West Brom Vs Burnley with the sound effects of the Istanbul derby played over it. I would be right bang up for that!

Got to be piped into the stadium too.

Future generations will look back at this and question just how much we lost our minds during the coroner years

Not surprised given the backlash to it

Think £5 would have been more reasonable, possibly even £10 but when you start going higher than that, you’re asking too much

*especially when there are other ways of watching Prem games, legal or not!

Was said that 'a number of games' didn't get 1,000 purchases.

Sunderland with an outbreak. Next 3 fixtures cancelled.

Could end up with some real mismatched number of games played between teams over the winter.

Some rumours surfacing that the EFL and below will announce a "circuit break" with all games postponed until FA Cup 3rd round weekend, to counter the rising number of cases in the game.

Just a rumour at the mo but with our injury list could be very helpful.

Would make sense but there's not many free midweeks between now and the end of the season to fit in 3 rounds of games. IMO best option would be to extend the season by a week, play two that week and one the midweek before and then have a single leg play off semi at a neutral ground.

Agree with 1 leg play-off but highest finishing sides should be at home.

Yeah, in hindsight, a much better option.

112 positive tests from the 66 clubs tested in the EFL this week - positive rate of 3.2%. 3 clubs accounted for 35 of those positive tests and the majority of clubs either having just 1 or 0 cases at all.

If anything illustrates how this virus quickly infiltrates closed groups, it is that.

Been watching some of the Ben Foster Cycling GK videos*. Even though the clubs, hotels etc do a lot, and the players are generally sensible, the dressing rooms and coaches on match days look absolutely lethal for virus spreading.

*Surprisingly interesting and Foster comes across as a decent sort.

Was listening to something earlier about how many injuries are happening this season compared to others due to the frequency of games player (which I have been fairly dismissive of so far) but they said as an example Bayern Munich took 232 days last season to get to their 40th match, whereas this season it took them 184 days

So I am now less dismissive
