Bit late, but Im chuffed Barrow got a place in the BSP. I saw them play Bournemouth in a 1st Rnd Cup Replay this year, and they bossed it and were hugely unlucky not to take it to penalties at least. Good on them!!

Whenever i hear Barrow mentioned all i can think of is that player literally smashing a Bristol Rovers Players face in.

Really good play off finall today, was fully enjoyed. And i must admit the standard of football from Exeter in the first half was very good.

g why does it say on the aldershot kit back in the football league? is there a joke somewhere

is it because a team from aldershot are back in the football league, the culmination and intent of the dedicated group that launched the new side when the old club was folded up in the courts of law?

Aldershot Town are not Aldershot FC

Aldershot Town have more in common with MK Dons than a club that shared the same town.

Back would suggest they have been there before. Perhaps they should have an asterisk next to the statement with a footnote at the bottom of the shirt saying *In no way does Aldershot Town have any historical link to Aldershot FC

Squeaky "Steve" Richardson has quit as manager of Basingstoke Town to join former 'Stoke manager Francis Vines at Farnborough.

Richardson had been at Basingstoke for 13 years and the club have offered him a testimonial game.

Jimmy Quinn sacked as Cambridge boss. Rumours suggest it surounds the transfer of Rob Wolleaston to Rushden & Diamonds.
