Having left Reading today, what does the future hold for the young man?
Any thoughts?
Personally I can see him dropping down a division or two, but I think that much is obvious.

He'll probably have to do a Parky and take a backroom job for a few years.
I can still see him being a good manager though. I believe he was the right man for the job but at the wrong time.

Indeed. As you get older it's hard enough to take realising all of the players are younger than you, but when the manager is younger than you, you really feel age creeping up.

I have no doubts that he will get another managers job, and be succesfull, and hopefully for him he will get the support he deserves from his chairman !!

He'd do well to get a manager job in non-league or Division 2 - learn his trade - maybe one day he'll be good enough for a higher division.
