Winston Biscuit What a quiet transfer window

Can't think of a single transfer in the Prem.

Diallo to Man Utd for €25M rising to €40M, though that was actually agreed in Oct but just completed this month

aside from that nothing comes to mind

Odegaard to Arsenal on loan

One of the best players in La Liga at Sociedad last season but struggled back at Real Madrid. Will be interesting to see how he does.

Obvs been a lot of hype for a few years but don't think I've ever actually seen him play.

West Ham have now got Benrahma on a permanent deal which has paved way for the loan signing of Lingard

I’m surprised they haven’t added a striker to their ranks yet, with just Antonio there with the departure of Haller. With the position they’re in, it’s a risk relying on someone so injury prone

Winston Biscuit 18 year old Atalanta winger Amad Diallo gets a work permit approved so can now complete his £37M tranfer to Man Utd

Looked good in his under-23 debut last night...scored twice in the 6-3 defeat of Liverpool

Can beat defenders with ease but prolly lacks the physicality at the mo for the first team

Liverpool lads had to double up or foul him

Are Sky Sports trying to make much of TDD considering there is almost nothing going on?

Haven't even bothered to switch it on, tbh.

Years gone by, I would've loved to be working from home on TDD so I could keep up to date with it, but a) this year there really isn't anything going on and b) SSNHDHQ has become a bit of a parody of itself and it is pretty insufferable.

I doubt that West Ham fans are as excited about the forgotten man Lingard as The Press appears to be.

They nearly always do .
The Berbatov deal had a bit of melodrama about it but that is many years ago now.

Liverpool have reportedly hijacked the Ozan Kabak to Newcastle deal and are looking at signing Marseille centre back Duje Caleta-Car

They've had the SmugOff every night of the week for about 5 weeks now with Dharmesh and uh Kaveh uh Solokol trying to be the most insufferable man on television

Maitland Niles couldn’t agree terms with Southampton so opts to go to WBA.

Weird one that.

its a 4 month loan deal. The most important thing in that is that he actually gets to play a lot and in the position he feels he can show himself off the best.

Shane Long to Bournemouth. Didn't realise how bad his scoring record was at Southampton tbh. Only got above scoring 5 league goals in one season.

Was reading about Jorge Mendes earlier as it has been leaked that he took £6M of the £16M for Matt Docherty's transfer

Mendes is the agent for Docherty, agent for his new boss Mourinho, agent for his old boss Nuno, he is an official advisor to Fosun International who are the Chinese company who own Wolves, Fosun International own a stake in Gestifute which is Jorge Mendes company, and Mendes was the agent for Nelson Semedo, Docherty's replacement at Wolves

I'm sure a few years back there was a big drive to reduce overall spending on agents fees, but those fees seem to have got astronomical in the last couple of years.
