I think I saw one of the papers suggest City might go with 100m + Jesus, which I don't think Spurs would turn down

You can never turn down Jesus.

I think Kane ends up in Manchester. The Chelsea board has sanctioned a lot of transfer fees on a decent attack, and might want a return on it. Or they might (maybe correctly) want to let Tuchel put his stamp on the squad.

Liverpool it seems will only buy big if they also sell big. Rumours of Mane to Real and Salah to PSG aren't going away, but I expect neither to happen. I'd agree though that Kane would be a great fit for their style.

Kane - "Numerous sources say Levy would want at least £200m to even consider selling."

He turns 28 this summer. Even your PSG's wouldn't pay upwards of £200m for someone that age?!

Wonder if Kane has learned anything from Bale.

Such as :

How to get your handicap down
How to get left out except on international duty

heard a few journalists suggest recently the word is that Haaland may be looking to stay on for another year. He is doing well, likes living there (just bought a new house there a few weeks ago), has a release clause which is a bargain and fancies seeing a tricky covid summer out as he may have more options next year

Wouldn't put it past Bayern to convince Haaland to stay on at Dortmund for one more season and then bring him in to replace Lewandowski. They have a proven track record of nabbing the best players/managers in Germany.

Lille goalkeeper Mike Maignan photographed arriving at AC Milan to finalise a contract there.

This would mean Gianluigi Donnarumma is on his way out. A few clubs rumoured to be interested with Juventus being the main one.

Shame, would like to have seen him playing over here. Bit surprised PSG didn't make a move for Donnarumma. They desperately need a good keeper.

Hendo Thought naming a bigger squad and then trimming it down was par for the course for a big tournament? Happens all the time, doesn't it?

Why is Donnarumma trimming down a squad? What power does he have?

Appalling from Raiola. FIFA really need to get a handle on this. He is demanding a €20m fee as part of negotiations on a new contract for Gianluigi Donnarumma. He's demanding a fee for a player who has been at the club since he was a boy, and isn't leaving. Disgusting.

As a result it looks like Milan are going to sign Lille's Mike Maignan and actually save money, with Donnarumma to leave Italy.

Sounds like Ibrahima Konate (Leipzig defender) is close to joining Liverpool for around €40M

Gotta admire how the dippers conduct their transfers.

United will be linked with Sancho, Kane, Pele etc

It'll drag on for the entire transfer window...

and we'll end up with the likes of Dan James

Buendia to Villa for £32m. Hmm. Norwich already talking about being frugal next season and then selling their main playmaker. Think it's going to be a long season for them.
