Which is working so well... I'm intrigued by this rumour. Surely a loan as we wont be stumping up seven figures for anyone I wouldn't imagine.

Seeing as Gylfi is an Attacking midfielder and Cox is a striker I have no idea how what you claim makes any sense.
West Brom for the majority of last season played a similar 4-2-3-1 system, with Cox playing in the hole.

Interesting....
Still He scored over 30 goals playing as a striker for Swindon so yu could argue we'll be playing 4-4-2 again to utilse him in his best postion. Assuming the rumour is true
