Royalwaster
Ideal Yes, I think he's desperate to get away from Villa and Houllier..
How is that so hard to understand?

He's on mega wages and wants to play at the top level and not in the Championship? Have they not taught you the word 'unrealistic' in primary school?

OBVIOUSLY he is so desperate to leave Villa, that he would take an 80% pay cut and drop down a division to play for a mid table Championship team....................

Jesus wept.

Has a seal got some revenge by clubbing Ideal? He's certainly acting like he's got brain damage on this thread.

Adebayor is also unhappy at city, wonder if he'd also take a 99% pay cut and drop down to reading, we'd have quite a lineup.

We'd probably still only be play-off material.

A mate of mine whose brother plays golf with Steve Sidwell says a temporary loan to Reading has been discussed to get him properly match fit so there is something in this.

Who pays the wages likely to be the problem.

We can't afford players like this, we're in administration ffs, has the lack of investing in the team the last few seasons not taught you that? FFS even pompey have signed more than us this season, that should show you how badly in debt we are.

Actually Reading FC doesn't have that much debt at all now, and we've also vastly reduced what we owe Sir John Madejski as well. It's the short minded like yourself that don't look at the bigger picture.

He's injured out for 6 weeks.
