8 weeks a go when I was on a Bridge/Drenthe high I would have laughed at this. But right now I would take it. All summer I have been convincing myself POG will come good and he managed to change my mind in 10 minutes on Saturday. If we are sticking with 1 up front Ebanks-Blake is not a bad shout as like Roberts he has the muscle for the job. Beggers belief that POG can have the build he does yet be so poor in the air and so weak.

Is Ebanks-Blake good in the air though?

SEB would be a decent addition. My Wolves supporting Dad would be disappointed even given their shower of a squad that got relegated.

Doyle is training in their reserves but he is PAST IT

wally bassoon I would not have a problem with this, was great at this level a couple of seasons back.

You should have, he has a dodgy knee and it's unlikely any Championship club will go near him until he's back fit, which he isn't! He's out till about October/November.

Must make Leeds and McDermott red hot favourites to sign him then!

Surely an Ipswich signing waiting to happen. He was a superb striker, but he'll be in the treatment room more than on the pitch. No from me.

funny how so many people wanted sharp but don't want SEB and didn't want Ferdinand but now want St ledger.

I can't think of a reason for it tbh :?

Simon's Church you are a complete idiot. It's nothing to do with what you are suggesting.

SEB is not good enough anymore since he got crocked. As for Anton he has been shown many times to be a liability.

If you're trying to troll, that just makes you an even bigger tw@.

Davezk As for Anton he has been shown many times to be a liability.

And yet he has consistently performed at a higher level than St Ledger.

Some users' preference for a possibly washed-up Championship centre back on a free transfer ahead of a possibly washed-up Premier League centre back on a free transfer is quite bewildering.
