ddetisi Says he wants regular football but I can't see another premiership team wanting him.

Maybe a Good championship striker?

I can think of three Premiership teams who would have him in the starting line up... Hull, Palace and Cardiff. You could argue that he'd have a decent chance of starting for Norwich, Sunderland and perhaps even WBA.

That said I think he'll be a fantastic signing.

I don't think there's much chance of him going to Sunderland tbh.

Bristol Paul speculation means we are being linked somehow, doesn't mean mentioning every player in the land you read about, can't we ban under 18's on this site please???

Cheer up Paul.
I've not suggested messi, ronaldo or the Icelandic one.

I can pretend I saw it on Twitter if that makes you feel all warm inside?

It's something that I would consider within the realms of possibility for our club at the moment. Clearly it would be a popular addition and I think it' would be a signing that would excite people. So why not hop on board the optimism bandwagon?

If not, shut up ........ Pikey.

Not it doesn't. That's a rumour.

Yes it can do - as long as it's credible.

I really doubt that. He averages about one goal every 5.5 games. He was never capped for England and was only capped by Nigeria in 2012. Nowhere near the level of Long or Anelka.

His season in the Championship was pretty good when he played (10 goals in 18 matches), but that was four years ago and in the mean time he's score 9 league goals in 78 appearances :| As a comparison, Pavel "Poor Body Language" Pogrebnyak has scored 11 league goals in 33 Premier League appearances since joining Fulham.

I really don't see why everyone is getting so excited by this.

No. Speculation is talking about people who might be of interest and might be available. You need to check the dictionary.

Paul Paul Paul. What's going wrong in your life that Shola ameobi is enough to set you off like a little bitch? Did you see the thread title and get all excited as you thought speculation meant something' different?

Here, as you seem to be getting a tad confused I've googled the definition for you to save further embarrassment.

Definition of speculation
conjectural consideration of a matter; conjecture or surmise: a report based on speculation rather than facts.

Care to add any conjecture about whether ameobi would be good championship striker? Maybe just consider it.

That'a boy. You'll fit right in here with that attitude of if you're wrong go on the attack with a blind inability to accept the fact and you'll eventually win as everyone else gives up.

Just so Paul is aware that this is not a private message board put on for his benefit.

Definition of forum.
an assembly, meeting place,.... for the open discussion of questions of public interest.

I still can't work out whats got you so worked up paul? Considering your initial concern was that I was an "18 year old" posting rubbish. It implies you were after a more sophisticated discussion. Clearly not.

More than anything though paul i want to know if you think Ameobi would be good a signing?
