Warnock leaving Rotherham

by Jimmys sock » 18 May 2016 15:47

Go get him before he gets snapped up by another club.
Great record at this level and would add a bit of steel to the current shower of shite.

He's disliked by a lot of Reading fans and probably members of the staff as well, it would be a terrible appointment.

One million percent yes currently. We are in massive danger of relegation next season, regardless of what anyone says to the contrary. If anyone can reverse the slide we are on, with no budget, then it is Warnock. Hate the pcunt but at the moment he would be a good choice. Let's face it, we're all fickle when it comes to our team and if he got us into the top 6 to 8 places, we would be singing his name every week. He is 100% a total twat, but actually does that matter, it's a results game after all.

We don't have a vacancy and don't have the players to kick our way to (relative) success.

No.

He's a short term trouble shooter in semi retirement these days anyway. Not what we currently need.

I look forward to him signing Paddy Kenny with whichever club he ends up at.

We already have a manager and even if we wanted Colin his wife is seriously ill so he probably doesn't want to go anywhere.

Rea Ding We already have a manager

We already have someone occupying the manager's role.

This time around he has yet to display any decent management.

I dislike Warnock but I've a feeling I would have enjoyed the second half of last season 1000% more had he been in charge of our team.

Anyone who would have watched a Warnock side , let alone enjoyed it, needs to take a long hard look at themselves.

Colin is a cynical, two faced 'bar steward' - would rather see us relegated than playing his thuggish brand of 'football' - doubt he would entertain the idea anyway, having shown a mutual dislike for our club over the years....

Warnock is the biggest muppet out there. The club doesn't need that sort of man. Is his record better than McDermott's? I mean, McDermott performed miracles.

His record is ok, in 35 years he's had 7 promotions of which 4 have been through playoffs.
But he's never managed a club of any size, my impression is that he has to be the biggest name at any club he is at therefore the Championship suits him nicely. His rap sheet regarding bust ups with all sorts of people is way longer than his list of footballing achievements, there has to be something wrong when a manager constantly picks fights with other managers, opposition players,my is own players, referees and anyone else he can find.
Hopefully he'll fade quietly into obscurity, some call him a character but he's almost entirely negative in his approach to the game and it cannot be shrugged off as 'passion"
