Old Man Andrews Osho joins Bristol Rovers until the end of the season.

Awful decsion. Should be the back up CB imo.

Nah, its a great move for him. Half a season at a good level will do him a world of good. Should be ok without him

This.

Too soon to have him as a regular back up - better for him to liekly start at a lower level. Appears main back-up will be Blackett with McIntyre, McShane and O'Shea if needed.

Agreed. Let's have our young players build up some game time. Great prep for next season no matter which division we are in.

Would have much rather got rid of McShane and kept Osho around the squad. Never want to see McShane in a Reading shirt again and now it looks like he will end up being first choice back up should Blackett go.

O'Shea will be ahead of McShane. What about Holmes? Is he still crocked? Is he on loan?

Not much use for Osho keeping him around "just in case". Far better for him to go out and get game time. McIntyre should be back soon.

With Osho going out on loan, there is no way we are getting rid of Blackett this month.

Think its a good move for him, to get some competitive football for half a season. Chance to impress and force his way into the 1st team squad for next year.

Sam Walker on loan to Shrewsbury is a big scoop in his world.

and here it is

Meite and Bacuna gone...

wow, didn't see that coming. More interestingly, how is JLow suddenly in the know?

Presume Baker can step in for Bacuna, and presuming we are getting some reasonable money for him

Had to double check it wasn't a troll account. Meite already completed a deal back to France, and Bacuna to Cardiff. Wtf

Not that bothered about either to be honest provided we re-invest the money today on a midfielder and left back. Meite would have commanded a decent fee as would Bacuna.

Not at all pleased about this. In the meantime we still have a host of wasters on our books.

Id rather we kept them - but realistically Bacuna is going to go to a Prem side rather than stay here. Can't blame him at all and would be harsh to stop him

Meite - interesting one. He's been up and down but had that very good spell. Again would have liked to have kept him, but can understand him going to the French Div1 rather than being 3rd choice in a chump relegation battle

Decent fees for both I hope

Bacuna apparently scored a wonder goal for Villa against Cardiff in 2013. Someone at Cardiff must have a long memory.

Erratic but decent on his better days. More concerned about losing Meite. Bod is constantly injury prone. That leaves us reliant on Oliveira staying fit otherwise we don’t have a big man up top. We also still have Mannone, Walker, McNulty. McShane, O’Shea and bloody Meyler on the books.

We're trying to shift them (well most) but need someone to take them. Am really surprised Cardiff have come in for Bacuna - he's shown nothing of late to suggest he'd make an impact in the PL.

Meite is a surprise but rumours were around a little while ago that he wasn't too happy under the new manager and with the long contract, I doubt we're letting him go too cheap.

Be interesting with them going if we will see any fees used later today. If we do add and it is just Taarbat then well...
