If he plays most weeks then it's been a good move for him. If he ends up being a squad option on similar wages to what we offered, you'd have to say his gamble backfired.

I'd be surprised if Luton offered him similar wages to us. Still might be a good move if, as you say, he gets regular playing time in the First Team.

He was class against them last season so not surprised they’re interested.
