Utter trash - the WWW.FOOTBALL-RUMOURS.CO.UK thread

by RFC2CJ » 09 May 2006 10:09

WOOSH me as you will but I thought I'd let you know what utter shite football-rumours.co.uk was saying about us today.

Reading will take chopra on trial in summer as hes on a free and could add vital strength in dpeth to help them survive. kirkland is also being lind up if hanhemann fails to make the grade either on loan or £2.5mil (dependin on how much money is spent else where). c davies will sign for arsenal and immediately loaned out to reading to help mature for 1 more season. WBA,arsenal, and reading have already made general agreements. coppell has watched javier portillo as the main striker for next season

expect reading to deal mostly with loans and bosmans. one other small signing will be made. but coppell has masterminded a deal to take brazilian wonderkid kerlon to the mad stad for around £6mil. he will have a buyout clause around £30 mil or £5m if reading get relegated. that will be the best signin of the summer. he will be one of the best in the prem at the age of 18. iv seen him play and hes awesome!!!!!!

Reading will b busy in thew hunt for survival.
ins
chopra (free)
kirkland (loan)
swp (loan)
davies (loan from a big club)
huth (loan)
m eliiott £1m (millwall)
kerlon £6m
miller £1 mil
outs
sidwell £3mil (spurs)
harper £2m (charlton)
so next seasons line up:
kirkland/hanhemann
murty/halls-sonko/huth-davies-shorey
little/swp-elliott-miller-convey
kerlon-doyle
reserves
kitson,lita,chopra,long,gunnarson,ingarmarson,stack

What with Harper taking ages to sign a new deal amd then fcuking off and siders gone? Kirkland? Did okayish at WBA but we've got 2 amazing keepers, but mind you that kerlon bloke sounds quite good

Remind me who the second 'amazing' keeper is ?

Kirkland is better than either keeper we currently have.

The Seal Dribble at the Mad Stad would be worth the season ticket increases alone.

Obviously this should be disregarded immediately anyway as it came from FootballRumours, but there is absolutely no way little old Reading could hope to attract the best under-17 player in the world championships!!

You just have to think what if though...

I did at the start of the season after we beat Brighton and Preston away from home

Me too, and it felt strange not having to review that 'what if' at any point... (except of course when it was less of a 'what if' and more of a 'when')

Reckon Julian Gray is the vaguely likely one out of that lot. And as for Walcott I can't see Wenger letting him go anywhere now he's made the England squad.
