I have a ticket at the front of Block 112 (the singing block) that I would like to swap for one in the upper tier so I can be closer to friends, if anyone is willing? PM if interested. It was ordered by phone so not actually delivered yet, but can send as soon as received

Pretty certain their not doing that. I tried it when plenty of tickets available. Definite "sorry can't do it".

Then they lady I spoke to on the phone was talking rubbish when I asked...
