Ian Royal
rhroyal I'd have taken 1-1 at half time. However bad we are at home our ability to match the best away is an encouragement. If we turn around our home form we could sneak towards the play-offs. I'm still expecting to lose today mind you....

West Brom can hardly be considered the best given their recent form. We were lucky against Preston too. Our inability to match the shitest or mediocre suggests to me we'll be relegated.

Both top 4 sides, no denying the facts. It's just the facts at the Mad Stad suggest something quite the opposite.

Maguire
Ian Royal Oh FFS.

Howard keeps his place despite doing nothing at all yet and The Sig is ignored some more.
O'Dea binned when he's consistently been our best defender (bar two stupid mistakes)
No real reason for dropping Church for Hunt.

Yet more shit changes when we want some fricking consistency.

oxf*rd off Rodgers you cock.

You're a nice guy and all, but fck me you know nothing about football

To be fair, I don't anyone here is in any position to judge whether someone knows about football or not. Not unless you're a former manager or player?? We're mostly all armchair football experts, nothing else.

Howard has been sh*t in the last couple of games and he's come good today. I just hope this is the start of something for him. And we definitely need more consistency in team selection.

Sounds like Thomas is having a field day with Cummings.

Another fantastic save from Federici.

Ian Royal To try and pick up the back pass you uber mong. He can't stand and watch and hope that a defender catches enough. No way he can make that decision. Even if he does he's caught in no man's land on the edge of his box and an easy chip for Moore way before Cummings/Bertrand can get close.

You really are an idiot.

The reason he missed the back pass was because he had to try and run about 20 yards to get to it.

Sorry Ian usually I agree with you but if he makes the attacker work for the goal something could go in our favor, if he rushes 40 yards out he offers the oppo an open goal.

Guess it's just opinion, but the keeper made the oppo's job easier for them.

All very good with hindsight. He has a fraction of a second to make the decision and is always going to initially be trying to get their first, quite rightly so.

He has trained most of his live to make that decision and is paid a massive amount to keep up that level of preparation. Are we not entitled to expect him to make the right choice?

I did, I'm suggesting that it's misleading to claim we can match the best away. Nothing to do with the mad stad.

FiNeRaIn Mcanuff is a cock, two sitters in two away games he's missed which could cost us - now he does a back pass which we conceded from. Piece of s**t, get him out.

I don't think McAnuff was anywhere near the incident. It was a WBA long clearance from our corner, don't think any Reading players got near it. No back pass.

Either way, we shouldn't have conceded like that. I wasn't particularly blaming Federici, but if you are going to come for the ball as the last man, you HAVE to reach, no question.

Just heard the commentary on the 107 highlights and it was a back pass that Federici could never get to. Sounds like the blame is with both the player who did the awful pass and Fed for making the mistake of coming to get a ball he was never going to reach.

right so if if fed didnt go for it then the player would still be in on goal against fed. Either way its clearly the player who caused the situation who is at fault.

Tabb probably looking at the bench, or put Karacan there and bring Tabb on where Karacan is.

what a pointless sub. why when we're struggling defensively does he swop strikers. Tabb should be on for Kebe so he and Cummings can double up on Thomas.

The only team we haven't matched away from home this season has been Newcastle and we've got much better since then. We all have different opinions, but we have 7 points from 5 away games so far. If we were good at home, we would be in a seriously strong position at the top.

Sounds like Hunt was knackered and if he was then it makes sense to replace him.

To be fair to Cummings, it sounds like he is getting no help whatsoever from anyone in an orange shirt.
