I have it on good authority that Russians are on average at least 80% android.

Maguire
Geekins Right attitude but was concerned that he didn't really celebrate his goal on Saturday. Looked like he wasn't happy and Hunt was trying to motivate him. Was i looking too much into it, or is he just a usual grumpy Russian?

lol, reading something into nothing. We were getting dicked and the keeper fluffed the shot. You wouldn't exactly rip your shirt off after that one.

Contrast with his excellent backheel against QPR - plenty of celebration there

Exactly, it was an embarrassing goal all-round. Pav doesn't do cheap celebrations.

But today: THAT was a celebration. Even got booked for his efforts

I fcuking love this bloke always have done. Feeding off scraps & doing a lot of dirty work & doesn't get the credit he deserves IMO. Looking forward to see that celebration on MOTD tonight.

He got nothing from the ref in the first 20 minutes when their defence was giving him a battering. Love this guy and that photo of him screaming on the ground with his shirt off is the picture of the season.

I love him and would quite happily rub oil all over that body if he so desired. Legend, seems to be so passionate without really having much reason to want to play for our dickhead fans (most of whom wouldn't know a quality footballer from a plank of wood).

Pav is a properly good player, one absolute class flick pass in front of the East Stand stood out for me.

it sickens me to the back teeth all the fans around me that say he has a bad first touch, absolutely ignoring all the good things he does but as soon as he is robbed or loses a header they are up off their seats screaming at him,
IMO he is the most skillful player in the squad, love the guy to bits and he is passionate about our club judging by that celebration yesterday , the 6 points he has earned us in the last two home games could be the difference between us staying up or going down.
love to know the percentage of chances he gets that he puts away, imagining it is quite high.

Never understand the stick he gets from our mongrel fans at times, one of the best players in the squad who has won silverware at European level which is a damn site more impressive than Jobi McAnuff. Holds the ball up, has to feed off scraps and has to work his balls off every week. One of the first names on the teamsheet for me, baffling he was left out for so long as if him and Pearce had played all season along with Guthrie, we would not be in the bottom 3.

Best player in the squad, basically, and in flashes has demonstrated that to be true all year.

Love you Pav, don't listen to the h8rs.

8 goals in 20 games in all competitions now, not bad at all.
