Yes, though the squad looks pretty weak when compared to the first time the U21s were here in 1999:

England: N.Weaver, Danny Mills, Michael Ball, Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher, Matthew Upson (Ledley King), Frank Lampard (Alan Thompson), L.Chadwick, Emile Heskey (C.Cort), Francis Jeffers, Lee Hendrie

Blimey, only Frank Lampard went on to be a top, top player out of that lot.

OK, I'll bite. Gerrard? Personally think that King would have been one of the best defenders in the country, if not in the continent, had his knees not been fcuked.

Anyway, where is everyone sitting. Lower West for me, mates wanted to sit in line with the edge of the penalty area. I'm not expecting a gr8 atmosphere anyway, so it shouldnt matter where we sit.

Graham Taylor sounds a bit frail tonight. :(

Gerrard, decent, but not top top drawer. Perhaps would have benefited from being at a bigger club but that was his choice to stay at Liverpool.

I can't blame them. I wouldn't pay to support a Gareth Southgate team.

They'll think twice about having another U21 game there.

Why would we care? We have a MASSIVE game against Oman to prepare for. #perspective

I enjoyed that. Despite the scoreline, we played some really nice stuff, a lot of great passing and first touches. Redmond & Zaha looked tricky, Shaw & Ward-Prowse played some nice stuff too. Woy was sat in the director's box, near Nige.
