Another big fish, small pond manager (Norwich) who went to a (relatively) bigger club and buckled under the pressure. His team at Norwich were set up to try and win each game. At Villa he became more and more defensive (both on and off the field). With a squad like Villa's they should be several places higher and not really troubled by relegation. He seemed very good at fallling out with/not playing his senior players!
