Bradford (H) - Prediction Thread

Yes, I know we have a game today, but let's be honest - nobody really cares about it.

What do you think the score will be on Monday?

I'll go for 2-1 to us a.e.t. (1-1 '90)
Mackie and Williams to score

Reading to win it. Will probably take extra time though. Please not penalties.

Agree with OP, though not necessarily the goalscorers

Bradford to score first.

Bradford fans to sing continuously their only "everywhere we go" song throughout.

First goal wins - we don't do comebacks.

Otherwise it's penalties

A Reading win .... Great
A Bradford win....ok ( everybody wants us to lose, but we do have that Parkinson thing to keep the dream vaguely alive whatever the score line ).......and besides, who wants to face Arsenal etc etc

Just hope that both teams continue where they left off, and show just what the Beeb (and the majority of the footballing community) have been missing thus far.

I think both teams would need to show significantly more quality on the park to suggest the Beeb picked the wrong matches to televise in the QFs at least.

Ok Forget the quality bit (that has never been on our agenda at all season, after all), however, after Bradfords' thrashing of Chelsea, they are the only team that most football fans really want to watch.

Hope we add a little bit into the mix

There still needs to be an eye on the future as well. As winning the FA CUP would be one monumental achievement given the potential fixtures that lie ahead.

2-0 Reading
Pearce, Pogrebnyak

Would love to see a close 3-2 win or similar that gets the whole stadium going. This could/should be THE home match of the season for atmosphere and i'm primarily going for a good time rather then getting too hung up on the result.

After MoTD last night a win. Whatever it takes to wipe smug grin off Lineker's face.

The media, non Reading fc fans and Bradford City supporters are all expecting a 0-2 away win.

In reality the real Reading FC will turn up and comfortably win 3-0

Cue 5 Parkinson's in the last 5 minutes sung loud, Parky parky give us a wave, moans from Bradford fans that he actually did then a continual belting of Steve Clarke's blue and white army and que sera sera.

Neither team seem comfortable dictating a match from the off, and this has the added pressure of being a quarter final, so I predict that both will probably sit back and wait for the other to trow caution to the wind, hence 0-0 half time.

Second half our fitness and tiny bit of extra quality will shine trough to go 1-0 up around the 70th minute, with a second added right at the end of the game when Beadford commit everyone forward.

FT 2-0 to the Royals, Parky sprints over from the touch line to the East Stand to applaud us on our way to Wembley!

It seems to me it is clearly from your own vivid imagination eh?, also just a thought couldnt "non Reading fans" also be Bradford fans: or vice versa, very confusing!
