Longhorn1970
Royal_jimmy My top 3 in order:

1. McShane
2. Al-Habsi
3. Norwood

McShane great signing by SC, solid enough but not startling. Al Flapsi has improved but early jitters too costly
Al Flapsi......still makes me laugh every time

No Fixed Abode NIck Blackman.

Unusual for you to be positive towards a Blackman.

Just out of interest, why did you hand out the cards in March?

Can we vote for someone who has done well out on loan?

McShane all day long.

If I was forced into two more picks I'd go for Norwood and possibly HRK (two fingers to the haters)

Al-Habsi has done well of late but he wasn't even starting earlier in the season. Credit to him for making the jersey his own but probs not getting a POTS vote.

+1 for McShane
I'd put HRK ahead of Norwood. Norwood has had some absolutely rank games, whereas I'd be hard-pressed to come up with a terrible game for HRK (this season obviously!!)

Looked at the Player Of the Match rankings on thetilehurstend, and was amused to note that Nick Blackman is joint highest with 6..... Tempted to vote for him, but it would be a bit hypocritical since I think it was absolutely the right decision to sell him.

For me there has only been one player who has consistently turned in good performances this season and that is HRK. Until recently he would have got my vote BUT given his turn around in form AND his outright passion for the club I think I will now be voting for Al-Habsi.... unless :o

Thinking again I don't think any of them deserve player of the season.

They should be forced to donate 1 months salary for charity as most of them have been awful.

Except Ali and maybe McShane.

If you had a bad month at work, would you donate all of your wages to charity?

If you're unemployed and earning nothing, then generally you're not at work, m8.

I think you have to have listened to the Dead Ringers podcast to get this. Dianes response would be something like:

"Now hang on a minute, Andrwew, someone just said something positive about Nick Blackman, yet when you introduce me, there is far more incredwalaty in you voice. I am just as cwedible as Nick Blackman, as the people of Hackeney will be happy to testify..."
