Finally gave up on Twitter last week, actually.

Reading FC Twitter is just full of immature 15 year olds, trolls, mentalists, idiots arguing over attendances, and entitled nonsense from fans who want everything and want it now. There are a few good eggs on there, but it's just not worth wading through the river of shite to get to interact with them.

I think the final straw was when I tweeted that I was enjoying Brian Cox's "The Planets" on BBC2 and another Reading fan replied saying how it was all fiction and that NASA is pulling the wool over our eyes.

Deactivating felt good.

have never posted on there or got an account. But sadly does aggregate the news quite well and Talk Reading's heart doesn't seem in it anymore

£1m is not enough for Barrow, especially if it's true that 4 clubs are in for him.

Three transfer windows running he’s asked to leave. His fee plus wages off the books should all but be enough to secure Nelson Oliveira on a free (signing fee, agent fee, wages).

It's the same with the book of face too. People have free reign to spout opinions they'd be a lot more guarded with face to face. Don't let the idiots spoil you enjoyment (?) of social media mate.

I think on this basis I'd have to agree. Not ideal but seems inevitable.

That Reading FC Truth account was embarrassing - but what made it even worse was the people giving him/her the attention they wanted by replying to it
