Kit was supposed to go on sale yesterday as you'd expect but the kid's kits weren't available apparently

Thought the kit looked excellent in the pictures from the game and I am very pleased to see red numbers being used.

Club said kit wasn't going to be on sale until the 3rd.

Told today that the kits and full training gear should be available by the end of this week.

The manager stressed how small the ‘mega store’ is and a lot of merchandise will be online and not in store. Clothing needs to be rotated to their respective season for the same reasons. So it’s probably best to shop online unless you need to try something on, and then hope it’s actually in...

Smart move by the club - in that for the shirt to work "properly" and more income - make sure your child has a name and number on the back.

Did anyone else notice that the players wore plain white socks yesterday but the released kit has blue socks with a white and red edging. Wonder if the delay with kits is down to a lack of socks?

The mascots also wore unbranded Macron shirts with a similar template to the home kit

paultheroyal Surprised the green training kit has not made an appearance yet.. Kit is always late but what with late postage of tickets, other merchandise etc things are certainly a bit ropey behind the scenes.

Cheers Paul. I also suggested things are not being organised very well behind the scenes earlier in the thread and got rinsed for it. Plain and simple poor planning. Other clubs manage just fine without the need of a random ‘Pre Season kit’ and training gear they won’t actually be training in  it’s all squeezed in to the final few weeks before kick off, much like our transfer business

Great to hear it's finally for sale! I'll see if I can order it this Saturday, even if they don't deliver where I am now, I can still send the package at my parents' house and pick it up when I come to visit them...

How have they lost any space? What's it been replaced with?

From next season they won't have the London Irish kit in there, of course. But this season they will. Unless they actually remove the London Irish stuff for each home game, and put it back after?

The megastore was already pitiful small compared to other sides. Ipswich for example is on multiple floors.

Surely they'd have been better off erecting a small warehouse next to the dome or anything else.

I imagine this is exactly what they'll do. They did it for a bit this year.

Absolutely staggering that they are giving up retail space for storage. I should imagine they used to make a fair amount of money from impulse buys on match day, which won't be picked up by web sales.

Could they really not find any other storage room in that massive complex?! As a last resort they could've got a shipping container in. They only cost a few quid a week to rent, in fact the delivery costs are the most expensive thing about them.

Southampton fans can't buy their home kit at all yet!
