Wales are such a poor and irrelevant side. I hope they somehow fluke their way to the Euros just so they can get a bloody good hiding. Shagger Giggs will get badly found out.

Yeah but at least we can p*ss on top ranked teams like Belgium in major tournaments rather than go out to the likes of Iceland.

Kicked off the pitch by the dirty Irish and best players unavailable.....unlike England our pool of players is tiny....
Yet we produce the odd worldly like Gareth Bale who has the talent only England players can dream of.

Iceland's pool of players is tiny. Try another excuse.

Bale is done as a top level player hence why nobody wants to sign him.

So why doesn't he take a pay cut in order to play regular football? He lack ambition as is typical of the Welsh.

Gareth Bale's ambition should be to play regular first team football at a good club.

My current ambition is to wind up our Welsh contingent.

The ambition of any professional footballer should be to play regular professional football.

ROI in the playoffs it is then, only watched the last 5 but the consensus I got was they didn’t attack enough until they conceded, have they ever had an attacking manager?

Have they ever had the players to play attacking football? I guess the only time really was when they had Duff and Keane in their prime.

No problem.

Only changes after last night - Denmark & Switzerland qualify as of right.

Iceland are now top seeds in League A play-offs. They will probably by 2 of Bulgaria/Romania/Israel with the 4th dependent on tonights results.

Romania are likely as they are a host nation, so cannot be drawn against Scotland.

In League B, looks likely N.Ireland and Ireland will be in the same play off competition - I think the only way they won't be is if Hungary win

Reminder that play-offs are 2 semi finals played at the highest seeded teams - draw to determine who hosts the finals.

Finals Draw

Takes place on 30th November but a re-draw may be needed depending on the play-off winners - if needed this will take place on 1st April.

Some groups are already taking shape

Group A - Italy
Group B - Denmark & Russia
Group C - Netherlands (& Romania if they qualify)
Group D - England (& Scotland if they qualify)
Group E - Spain (& Ireland if they qualify)
Group F - Germany (& Hungary if they qualify)

England potentially set to face Spain in the QFs in Rome if seedings follow through but could face Germany in Dublin, if Germany don't win their group.

Good news for England is if they finish 2nd they will also face a group runner up in the 2nd round in Copenhagen but would then likely face Germany in the QFs in St Petersburg.

One for fans of completely pointless televised football matches. Croatia v Georgia in a friendly just kicked off on Sky Sports Main Event.
