Millsy The thing with age is every year it goes up by 1. So if you're 26 this year for example, next year you'll be 27, the following year 28, the year after that 29 etc.
It's just a case of adding one to the previous number.
It is an indicator of how many years ago you were born..

I can't find it now, but I'm sure I read this in an article in The Lancet twelve years ago. They had a graph of age v years since birth and it was pretty much a 1:1 straight line. Quite compelling.

Pepe the Horseman I don't think there are any other players in the squad that are 27. Yiadom is 28, although his birthday is in December, so he's actually closer to 29.

Are you sure it was 12 years ago we are quantifying what a year is at the moment
