Simon's Church Back to looking pretty strong and organised defensively, still not sure what the plan is going forward though. Pass it around at the back for a bit before a long ball to Joao or Meite

Probing. Richards is our key man for bringing defence to attack right now. We shift it to pull players out of position, if they don't we aim for Joao and Meite who wait to win flick ons or hold it up. Its working quite well today.

Old Man Andrews I'm not he completely takes them over with his inane nonsense, completely wrecks them. Wouldn't mind if he actually was contributing anything accurate, he doesn't understand football enough to be as involved as he makes himself.

Well, that's just, like, your opinion, man...

The majority think it actually.

Dude.

Not sure Shearer is in the conversation when discussing the greatest footballer of all time. His impact was negligible outside the UK. Has anyone in Argentina ever heard of him?

Don't think that's something to be "not sure" about. He certainly isn't in the conversation despite being a hell of a striker.

You lads have kind of missed my point.

I got your point about cheating. My point twas that there won't be a minutes silence for Shearer in Argentina because, unlike Maradona, no-one gives a fcuk about him outside his home country

Thats 2 not so subtle references to The Big Lebowski you have missed. I am disappointed in you.

Good half, I like the way Ejaria switches inside on to his right foot and sends in a cross, we look dangerous when he does that.

Holmes really doesn’t offer anything going forward - not unexpected but does mean we’re relying on Richards getting the crosses in

Almost worked once or twice though

When you have a LB who is as capable of attacking as Richards is you kinda have to use it. He really is fantastic. Everything I hope Obita would be.

He doesn't but I'd much rather he was there than Esteves at this point in time. We need clean sheets and to be less open, let in a lot of goals recently.

Hound Generally good. Enjoyed the game, good tactical battle between 2 decent sides

Bodes well we’ve been the better side against the team in 3rd and been the more dangerous side

Still can very much see it ending 1-0 to Bristol sadly

Won’t be surprised if it goes that way

Is it because we don’t have that incisive pass or top drawer finishing ability
and they probably do?

You can’t say a bad word about esteves when new cork Seth is around he gets really offended. When I had the audacity to say he looks defensively suspect he took it personally and started lashing out.

7 shots and 4 on target for us compared to 0 from Brizzle.

You just know they’ll score with their first one don’t you.
