CountryRoyal Esteves on.

Bristol to win 4–3

Say that again and I'll batter Woodley.

Solid first half against Bristol’s defensive formation. Opened them up time and time again when they changed to a more attacking one.

Brilliant stuff.

Absolutely brilliant second half. 5-0 would have been fair on the basis of it. Everything clicked and that’s the standard set against a team at the top on the back of 4 clean sheets

Joao has been outstanding. Yaks could have scored a stackful but still scored and had an assist. Ejaria terrific.
Olise with another sublime assist. The back four all rock solid.
Rinomhota and Laurent dominant.
Very happy with that.
The scoreline flattered Brizzle.

LOL his one contribution was trying to win the same ball as Semedo and getting in the way by being out of position.

That should have been a slaughter but for Bentley and the ref.

I love how Pauno said in his pre match “we will play well and have a solid game”

He wasn’t wrong.

20 shots - 10 on target vs 4/2 for Bristol

When was the last time we did something like that?

We should have been more clinical but we tore them apart in the second half.

Bristol might feel a little aggrieved that they had about three or four penalty shouts that were all quite close and none given.

I think all just about the right decision, but think VAR would have given at least one, maybe more.

On the other hand their goal shouldn't have stood and they should have been playing much of the second half with 9 men.

Yaks and Joao really combined well today. Both unselfish and aware of the other guy’s movements.
Great to get that performance behind us and maintain the confidence that is clearly in this squad.

Yeah for all of their shouts I think we would have come away with more from VAR.

Front four all either scored or got an assist. Ominous.

Really? Like when?

Was one I saw when Morro nudged Semenyo but nothing in it really

That Moore one certainly wasn’t. He got the ball first and then got fouled
