bcubed Yaks and Joao really combined well today. Both unselfish and aware of the other guy’s movements.
Great to get that performance behind us and maintain the confidence that is clearly in this squad.

Ejaria and Joao also linked up really well too.

The referee and officials almost totally ruined that. Which makes it all the more sweeter!!!

Players and coaching staff all look delighted. Good stuff

Hound Holmes really doesn’t offer anything going forward - not unexpected but does mean we’re relying on Richards getting the crosses in

Almost worked once or twice though

He doesn't but I'd much rather he was there than Esteves at this point in time. We need clean sheets and to be less open, let in a lot of goals recently.

Holmes has been excellent since he came back in. Solid defence, but to his credit has tried the odd pass that hasn’t quite come off. I like his vision and passion.

Gunny Fishcake Probably best performance of the season so far

Snowflake Royal Bristol might feel a little aggrieved that they had about three or four penalty shouts that were all quite close and none given.

I think all just about the right decision, but think VAR would have given at least one, maybe more.

On the other hand their goal shouldn't have stood and they should have been playing much of the second half with 9 men.

Really? Like when?

Was one I saw when Morro nudged Semenyo but nothing in it really

That Moore one certainly wasn’t. He got the ball first and then got fouled

Erm...

Morro shove while player in the air.
Moore block on a cross, I think he might have got boot rather than ball or at least some of both
Moore clearance left had corner of the box, again, I think he may have got player not ball or at least some of both

And another one I forget now, but had a minute or two ago. VAR loves to give a pen for not a lot.

Best performance of the season. We were being very unlucky considering we were so dominant and I thought they would get a second equaliser but the boys saw it out - fantastic performance all round. There were no weak links today.

But has Wells ever failed to score against us?

Ignore Ian, he wants to put his usual negative spin in things. He hates it when we win.

Given that we had to put up with all that the officials I agree.
We were so creative and an absolute delight to watch. That one Lino was awful.
He didn’t flag Meite off in the first half and how he missed half of Bristol being offside for their goal was extra-ordinary.

Anybody who watched the game or knows anything about football knew they weren't pens

Ian proving just how clueless he is yet again. He should really go and support another club.

Other than Rafael's slow reactions for the Bristol City goal there wasn't a single negative today. We looked like a top of the league side and made a very good Britol City side look ordinary.
