genome With Joao, Meite, Moore and Yiadom in the side we would've won that match.

Especially when you add Richards and Swift in and around the starting XI as well.

And Puscas, the forgotten man

Snowflake Royal Really well fought. Top point that and a really good performance given the missing players.

Good to see Richards back and Swift get more minutes.

Presumably Esteves out, Richards in and all shift right.

Thought esteves had a decent game overall. Holmes not at his best today I didn’t think - lost a lot in the air

Thought he defended ok but was otherwise disappointing.

Thought Holmes had another good game.

Think in a game like that defending ok is good enough. Put in a lovely cross and was the man on the break when we were 3 on 1. Thought he was fine

We seemed to struggle a bit from crosses coming in, I’d have hoped Holmes would have been more visible in getting some of those away. The best Rafa save was arguably a result of his hesitancy when Ayew got in front of him

Not being overly critical, he has been excellent this season considering though

If 95% of the team stay fit for the run in and we are in touch, you just never know....we could shock a few people.

Holmes and Morrison did some vital blocks/clearances tonight. Holmes has really stepped up as a footballer...unsung hero so far this season

A good point and keeps us up there

I thought Swansea looked a very tidy side indeed and we were pretty fortunate to come away with a point. Did we win a 2nd ball all night?

Baldock and Aluko had a hapless task - Ejaria and Olise very disappointing.

McIntyre and Rafael excellent, Holmes and Morrison good. Esteves much more disciplined, tracking runs well but he kept going backwards when in possession. Still, he’s gaining confidence after his shaky spell in his 1st run in the team.

Richards quality when he came on.

Bloody good point at the end of the day.

Morrison aside, the defence was so inexperienced tonight. Ages of 18, 20, & 22

Morrison can't have many more seasons in him at this level, 33 before the season is over, but with Holmes and McIntyre I'm not at all concerned about what we do if he starts struggling next season.

The only thing those two lack is a little bit of pace.

Yep, very true. I think what it shows, as others have probably said, we have a very good group of 14/15 players, but once you get past that, it starts to look a bit thin.

That is a superb result and keeps us in the mix. If we can get that bit of quality back up top and get a little run of form together then it all gets a little bit exciting doesn’t it!!

You have to wonder if our hierarchy would have allowed McIntyre and Holmes their chances were it not for FFP. And what a ahead that would have been; I see no reason why they can't feature for years to come.

Moore, McIntyre and Holmes is a pretty good base. If Morro does slow down. Hopefully he keeps it up. I really like him.

Assuming there are contract talks with McIntyre going on? Would be stupid to lose him really

Stinker of a performance by Olise. I'll say it again; I'd rather keep Richards than Olise.
