Fits in with the club saying some arse asked for more money after hand-shaking on a deal. Good thing is that it appears the club has been bought by the American John Madejski as SJM would have also told the player and his entourage to do one after reneging in such away.
It’s nice to be back where we started 35 years ago.
Let’s just consider this one a no ball.
Brogue said this was done (second time) on Monday.....Noel's comments about more money after visiting Bearwood etc were straight after the Spurs game.
I'm happy to go with Brogue's track record (to date) rather than a load of randoms on Twitter.
Could be the EFL holding up still as this one involves money.

And as mentioned, "asking for more money after seeing the facilities" doesn't track with someone who's been around the club for a good amount of time.

That would be nice - though I am at the point now that I just want Bowler to sign for anyone so we can stop talking about the possible transfer.

Would be an incredibly good signing if it comes off. Would leave us just another striker off a full squad I think. Obviously a bit of further depth (CB, wing, young striker on top) off ideal depth, but it'd leave us as strong or stronger than last year.

I'll be pretty whelmed with Bowler and Cole. If we lose Knibbs and replace with Kamari Doyle then I think the window has been a success despite what the twitter village idiots think.

Not brogues fault, just I think people have lost interest in it as it has been on and off more times than Ross and Rachel,
I will be glad if it does happen as he would be a good addition, but it has gone on a bit. As I write this Sod’s Law he will be announced.

Gone 9pm now so guess it’s fairly safe to say that today is not the day, so unless he’s parachuted in to sign at HT tomorrow we’ll have to wait to see if anything develops on Monday.
Niece is depressed now. This is not the way to bowl a maiden over.
