By mu reckoning the majority of 16 is 9 - in business isnt 51% a majority shareholding?? Think there has been some creative accounting in getting to the 11/12 figure - that not majority, thats buyout!

Surely, in this instance, any number above 8 is classed as a majority? So everybody is right (apart from Tredder - cos he's just wrong :wink:)
