So would a lot of players - don't mean to say they'll be any good
Tyson is a decent lower league striker - that is all.
I'll be happy to be proved wrong though!!

I hope we reject it to be honest as hes a great asset to the team."
So NFFC_4_LYF works for the BBC does he?? The Sun is the only people to have reported this.
This is reported in the BBC rumours page: (

"Reading are set to launch a £1m bid for Nottingham Forest striker Nathan Tyson. (The Sun)"
So quite obviously you join Kiwi in the spunkweasel dept.

The point is, even if the BBC site report was from an official reporter it would still be a rumour. Until he's actually signed (anywhere) it's a rumour and so should be in UR&G.

Christ, if people on here believe everything they read on the BBC then the board is a thicker place that I'd thought.
It's a fecking rumour, and let's all hope it's not true.

No thanks.
Smith, Priskin, Cox, etc. I'd be happy with.
Tyson? No.

Average at best is a little unfair. I'm not sure I'd like to see us spend £1m on him. There's better players out there for that money.

Everyone seems a tad upset about this being on The Team, I agree it should be on UR&G.
Nobody seems that upset about it to actually press the "report to moderators" icon though.

What the hell are you going on about?? You are the one that posted the "link" to someone's 606 blog, not me. I was merely stating that the BBC have reported jack shit about this, only what the Sun had rumoured. Now go wipe that shit lipstick off your lips and clean your teeth you dirty manboy

They're on their own then!!!
Every Forest fan i've spoken to rate him and its only his injuries that have hit his form of late, they all know what he is capable of.
I grew up with Nathan and still chat on the occasion and he'd love to come back to Reading, its where his family is, where his friends are etc - i reckon if we signed him, we'd see a different Tyson to the one thats hit or miss at Forest (due to injury)

I will go out on a limb and say that I would not be happy with resigning NT. I can not see what he can bring to the party. IMHO, it would be a backward step.
