would anyone REALLY be bothered or upset IF a rich owner from the middle east came in and ran the club??? Think the idea along with say JM as president would be a dream team.

Where the new owner came from would be much less important than the sort of person they were and how they want to run the club.

I wouldn't want someone (of any nationality) who loaded the club up with debt we couldn't realistically pay, or who decided to try and make us a Champions League team over night.

I wouldn't want someone flash - the QPR set up looks horrible to me !

A local person would be great, a real feel for the club and the area makes a difference and while there are plenty of extremely rich local residents I'm not sure too many are in the market for a football club.

A good mix between a mega rich person with top business knowledge, a long standing love of sport and a local connection would be great - probably in that order of importance.

i have had info today that Roy Cook, ex owner of Twyford Sports is in for Reading. He is confident of attracting the right type of players to RFC after getting Lloyd Honeyghan to open his shop back in 1986.

I'm not sure how much she's worth, but the Queen could do a good job. She's very astute, isn't likely to be out for a quick buck or the fame and is equally likely to be quite careful with the bundle she has.

Increase the tourist attendence as well.

He's got a fair few assets, but no real cash, and his debts were pretty astronomical before he flogged his playground. I doubt it will have covered all of them.
