Training with us apparently.

Think he can play anywhere across the back, but spent a lot of time on the treatment table recently

24 years old and 1 game in 5 years. Doesn't sound particularly promising.

If Willimas does come in then we do we need Ferguson too? One of them would definitely be blocking youh pathways.

Apparently, so I’ve just read, he was on trial at Pompey and played against us in the PSF ?
Yeah the amount of time he spent injured at Palace the 4 years don’t look great.

There is another Nathan Ferguson who was playing at Maidenhead last season :?

Anyway, rather have Alex Ferguson.

If he is fit then given his age and previous experience, he has the highest celing of recent players named - could be a good signing on a year (plus one) deal.

He played Friday so he must be reasonably fit.

This idea seems like a waste of wage bill to me. We have 4 specialist CBs plus Dorsett, and enough depth in FBs and midfield.

Put his potential wages on a striker.

They may be thinking it is a low cost/high reward signing as he was very highly rated before his injury. If he does sign, and no guarantees of that, then it may allow the club to loan out a player for more game time than they would otherwise get with us.

Reading loaning players out rather depends on other clubs actually wanting to take them which, sadly, given the level we're at usually doesn't amount to very much.

Stickland, for example, would benefit from L2 / National League exposure.
