Who are the players we would want in football league

Ill admit it! since we beat Leicester in 2006 ive not exactly kept myself up to date with the "lower leagues" now i hav'nt got a clue who we should be looking at is there anyone that people would suggest?
Either
The best Players in this league who we should be able to prise away from there clubs
or
players in the lower leagues?

I think we do as this will probably be Hahnemann's last season and unconvinced about Federici. I accept though we wont be getting another keeper in at the moment

Aside from the more obvious selections, David Cotterill who went from Wigan to Sheff Utd is a player i always thought would suit us.
Wes Houlihan too is a player who would add a creative element we lack at present.
Richie Wellens at Doncaster (probably a bit too old now) is a player who always looked very accomplished in the lower leagues.
