It all depends on what division we will be in.

We'll get Michael Antonio back from Tooting and Mitcham and DOF will say " its like having a new player- Steve's happy with the squad he has, we don't need anyone else"

Lets not set expectations too high, but I guess a few lesser knowns at £250k a shot will probably be on the cards

Madejski was on Sky News last night saying if the club got promoted the For Sale sign is up, saying that he didnt have the money to maintain the club in the premiership and the usual gambit that if he didnt secure a buyer " we would have to our coat according to our cloth" - not expecting much of a coat!

So no sign of Ronaldo or Ronaldiho coming our way and as usual we'll be lucky to see the next Neil Shipperley.

Too many questions still to be answered to even make sensible guesses - and even then no one would actually make sensible guesses !

When we know what division we're in, who the manager is, who the owner is, who has been relegated, who else has been promoted, who we've released and who has asked for a move then we can take a look.

We won't go mad, but we'll obviously have to spend a reasonable amount. Assuming we get promoted it will be our most expensive summer ever and if we don't go up we'll take the most money we have ever had.

I forsee lots of comings and goings whatever happens.

At a guess, the criteria will be a permutation of the following:
Irish
Played under SSC previously
Cheap

I would expect there to be signings in the wide areas and up front but it also depends on which division we are in and who leaves.

Nobody with any intelligence who will do exactly as Coppell says, will speak the Queen's English and have no flair whatsoever. So basically nobody who can play in the Premiership for long.

He let Fae rot in the reserves because of the language barrier and because he was unconventional and different. How many genuine clever flair players has he brought in and got the most out of?

When we were in the Premiership he didn't bring in one player who was good enough to guarantee themselves a start in the majority of games up there. Seol lasted a season, Sodje was shit, Mate, Halford, Duberry isn't good enough to be guaranteed a start, neither is Rosenior as he dropped him for Murty at Derby, Matejovsky and Bikey were bit parts. None of his signings when we were up there were a glowing success and the club went backwards.

Who gives a shit? Its February and we're second in the league???

Lol at your definition of a 'guaranteed' start. Rosenior getting 'dropped' to allow Murts a final fling in the Prem hardly fits the bill !

Does Glenn Little count as a 'clever flair player' ?
