I would imagine he would like a semblance of job security also.

QPR is akin to a revolving door. Next to the Newcastle job, the fake hoops job is not one I would see any manager snap up without so much as a good skinful before making a decision.

Could potentially be the right man here. We'd be quite an attractive option assuming Madejski backs him financially. He'd have a degree of autonomy and if Hammond has a say in the appointment, you'd assume they could work together as well
