Re: McLeish Comments

though from the whistle to the end, we bossed the game only cisses mistake let them back in it for a moment, and perked them and the crowd up for a few mins, but then we soon shut them out again, and forced them to play infront of our two banks of four, which we could have done all day with doobs and...

BBC says it's still 0-0

Re: Today I realised something...

The ethos of any Chairman should be : promice nothing, invest steadily and wisely. Reading FC are managing the club and nurturing it steadily. I really do not think that the national game should be used as a playboys toy, used and then discarded when the going gets slightly tougher. We all choose t...

Re: Transfer Deadline Predictions....

I'd wait for the next hour or so before we breathe that collective sigh of relief. Just because Sky Sports news or BBC haven't mentioned anything, something could still have happened. exactly i mean it is highly likely berbatov has gone to united but nothing has been reported as of yet ...but there...

Re: Transfer Deadline Predictions....

Personally, I think both Doyle and Hunt are pretty vital components of our team right now. With no time to replace them, let's just hope we make it through the next 100 minutes without any further weakening of the squad.

Re: Nottingham Forest prediction thread

Lol at this - http://www.forest.vitalfootball.co.uk/matchprere.asp?a=118924 'Coppell has made few additions to his squad over the summer, making only 3 loan signings. The most notable of those being Emerse Fae from Nice.' He sounds good, can't wait to see him and our other 2 loan signings in action...

Re: RFC -v- AVFC - Match thread

To be fair to Sir Steve, from what he said on BBCRB afterwards, Shorey will go soon and we will spend big (for Reading) on a replacement... but he doesn't want to do that until he's sure someone is going to take Shorey. And the price offered for Shorey last week (presumably Portsmouth or Villa) isn'...

As usual, some sense talked here, some garbage. No reason why away fans can't sit with home fans, as long as they are discreet - stewards are doing the right thing when they tell them to remove their colours and let them in. And when they cheer the away goals, and antagonise home fans, stewards are ...

Funnily enough I thought about posting about these too, just picked up the Torygraph and read the articles and a good read too, also interesting to note the predictions from about 8 of their writters and various pundits too. Yeah? Haven't seen those... What do they say? 6 of the 9 pundits predict w...
