Re: Your Fav 3 Reading goals EVER

Curo vs Brentford 2002
Convey vs Millwall 2005
Lita vs Burnley(I think) at home in 05/06(I think) - All I know is he scored before we even knew he had touched it, from the edge of the box with the flick of his ankle. It was great.

Re: Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse...

So if Fed goes, Hamer becomes #1. Who sits on the bench? Aren't McCarthy and the Danish one already out on loan? I think both of their deals were timed so that the initial loan finished between the end of the window and our next game. As for Federici rewarding us with his performance against Leices...

Re: Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse...

Hamer was great against Torquay though, so surely shirley we could give him the same benefit of the doubt that it was just an off-day against Northampton, much as we have done so for Fedders after his Forest howler - a benefit rewarded by the man himself with his performance against Leicester?

Re: demonstration

Why would it be reinvested? What have the club done lately to give any indication that would even be a remote possibility?

Re: Madman: Your time is Uppppppppppp

Is that Director's Test (formerly known as the Fit & Proper Persons Test) a one time deal, pre-purchase?

Should be like an MoT, tested over time.

Pseud O'Nym
Deadlock this is Long's second red of the season, so the ban is increased by one match.

Yep, it's a tally ban.

Fantastic, thanks guys.

Strap, is that a publicly available website? If memory serves you have your own Database of Reading stats, so was wondering if it's out in the wild for us mortals?

Where were we when Pards became manager?

I'm having a tough time finding this out and I surely don't remember myself - does anyone know exactly where we were in Division 2 (as was) when Pardew took over on a full time basis? I know we were languishing down the bottom but could do with knowing the actual league position.

Tight game, 3-2 for us. Reckon it'll be McAnuff, Sigurdsson and Rasiak.

Half as good as Man Utd, 2/3rds as good as Chelsea, 1/4 better than Liverpool and 3 times as good as Arsenal.

Good times, good times ;)

Great game, really lived up to my overexcited expectations :D Personal player ratings, as I'm sure someone might have a passing interest: Hahnemann - 6 Not much to do to be fair, dealt with the majority of what little came his way fairly comfortably though spilled the ball from a free kick for Boro'...

No one in my immediate family had any interest in Club Football, so when my Glaswegian uncle started sending me Glasgow Rangers programmes and the occasional replica shirt for birthdays/christmases, I started taking an interest in them. From the age of 7 to 11, I called myself a Rangers fan though I...

Personally I think he'll be used in combination with Oster/Seol over the course of a match - i.e. Little starts, then should he tire, Oster comes on - or Seol starts, with he and Convey switching flanks as the game merits, then Little comes on for one of them later in the game. Just an opinion, mind...

For the Sodje story.

Seol is apparently having Squad Number 19, have the other squad numbers been released and is Doyle having number 9? I hope so :)

Yes mate. Doyle is No.9.

Delighted with the news :) Cheers
