Re: Back from the game....... 'Boro

despite Cummings drifting into the centre far too may times giving the left winger all the freedom in the world. Yeah what was that all about? I noticed both cummings & Jobi drifting infield when playing defensively. Cummings was almost a 3rd centre back at times I think they were just trying t...

Re: Cedric Baseya

Z175 SSN just did a championship feature saying hes set to start, while Karacan continues his internal suspension after his reaction to being substituted against Watford.

Ah, so that's why Karacan's on the bench today

Re: Coventry (A) Match thread, sponsored by Punxsutawney Phil

Taking league positions into account, last season after 7 matches we were 15th; this season we're 14th. So it must be play-offs form. :D

Re: does STAR do a good enough job for reading fans?

But Red, the question wasn't "Which STAR activities have the most importance" it was "Which STAR activities do you feel should have the most importance? "

If they felt disenfranchised like you say they would have wanted representation to be more important, surely.

Re: Coventry Predictions sponserd by Luftwaffe

The last match I saw at the Ricoh rivalled the Watford game a few weeks ago in terms of being tempted to leave early so I'd be tempted to go down to Plymouth instead and join in the Fans Reunited event in support of Plymouth Argyle.

Probably a dire 0-0 or a dire loss 1-0

Re: SPECULATION? - James McFadden

Training with Wolves according to SSN. :? I know he was never going to be a world beater but surely he's good enough to not have to consider becoming some kind of real life Mowgli. Anyway, good luck James. Here's hoping you learn the law of the jungle. :| And there was me thinking he'd joined a bun...

Re: PLEA TO Y25/Y26

Well, there clearly is a difference between those that want to stand and those that want to sit in that area, to put it bluntly, some want to sit and some want to stand. This probably causes a few arguments - probably more so in Y25/Y26 as out of the whole stadium that is where the most people try t...

Re: Cedric Baseya

To be fair, I think most of the criticism* is not that he's a bad player but that we've got plenty of options upfront already and it just seems that we're collecting cheap forwards as gambles. I'm not sure the scatter-gun approach is working that well for us but I'm not rubbishing the player himsel...

Re: PLEA TO Y25/Y26

Probably extremes, but I get the impression that there are some fans in Y25/Y26 who relish the chance the chance to have a go at some of the stewards. The standing thing just gives them an excuse and they wouldn't have it any other way. On the other hand there are those who resolutely want to sit d...

Re: PLEA TO Y25/Y26

I have done so twice (in the last 3 years). The people around me (bang in the middle of Y25 but near the top or under the scoreboard/tv thing in Y26) weren't like that despite the fact we were up and down like yo-yos, but there were a few on the edges who seemed a bit confrontational. Kept away from...
