Re: Next Reading Manager

If its true Bowen is combing back as DoF I'd like to see us bring in a highly rated coach from either the England set up or a club with good connections, in the Steve Cooper mould, to help get some good loanees in while we rebuild. I think we have 8 contracted players for next season, if we re-sign ...

Love that they've hidden it in the final paragraph of the pauno announcement.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Peterborough United (a)

£117 train fare. Good grief. Yeah but if you'd booked it 8 weeks ago and travelled off-peak it would be a lot cheaper You'd also need to re-book it as they moved the date for TV about 4 weeks ago. So cheaper train, save £25 on the match ticket and a lovely evening in Peterborough unspoiled by hooli...

Re: Do you approve of Saturdays pitch invasion?

Apparently Mr Dai has seen that nearly 50% of fans dont approve of the pitch invasion and reversed his decision to sack the manager which had been based entirely on the fact that 8 people ran onto the pitch after the final whistle.

Re: Pauno out

Pepe the Horseman Or even better, they do what they did when Bowen left. Don't even acknowledge the old manager, just appoint the new one.

Would be class if the next tweet is just ' Interim manager Michael Gilkes looks forward to big game against Posh'. And nothing of it is mentioned ever again

Re: Rival Watch

Good news Derby are winning, they will suddenly start to feel the pressure of expectation now and drop off massively. Ideally we'll lose tomorrow to keep the pressure on them

Re: MATCHWATCH : Bristol City (a)

The issue with Drinkwater is that he's so slow and unathletic he's basically a complete liability defensively, which is why I think Pauno tried to move him further forward against QPR but obviously that cant work either. Maybe he can turn it around but he reminds me of Charlie Adam after he was foun...

Re: How bad would relegation be?

Sanguine Seems strange to read arguments that certain players would be too good for League One a couple of weeks after we have lost to Kidderminster.

Nobody is claiming Claudio Osorio and Ethan Bristow are too good for league one though are they?

Re: George Puscas leaving?

He's dogshit, we could replace him with with a 50 Yr old Carl asaba and the team would be better off. From somebody that has named himself after a striker that scored 24 goals in 124 apps is quite frankly priceless. That's a good comparison actually, they both scored once every 5 games and controll...
