RG30
Stranded The Final has been moved forward to a 5pm BST kick off, which makes a lot more sense than an evening game.

Same for this season's UCL final and beyond. Good news if you are a match going fan.

Part of me does miss the UCL Final being 7:45 KO on a Tuesday night.

Re: Ex Royals

He says as much in the interview. I liked him but something clearly went wrong in that second season. The first points deduction hit in November, form dropped off a cliff about a month prior. RIP Jahmari Clarke Sweet Prince They may well have known, or maybe heard rumours, internally about the poin...

stealthpapes Spent the first minute or so putting in common names (Smith, Jones etc) and got to almost 100.

Williams would bag you a decent handful as well.

Re: Quiz: Every Reading player ever

Using the Heritage Numbers list, I've put together a quiz where you have to name every player who's played for Reading: link . I can't imagine anyone will get all 1,507 players (especially as the maximum time I could provide was an hour). Would be interesting to see how well people do with this tho...

Re: Injury watch 2025/26

Yes but we still need a goalscorer. How many have we scored since Marriot started his run of goals? How many of those were not his? We’ve scored in our last 13 league games, 6 of which he played. We’ve got 7 points from 3 games since he got injured (and scored 2 vs Carlisle in the cup) Goal scoring...

Re: Randell Williams and Andy Rinomhota

Thought R Williams looked good in his cameo last night - encouraging and looking forward to seeing more.

Couple more performances like that and I'd imagine they offer him a deal until the end of the season.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (h)

First game of the season last night for me and it was very enjoyable, first half especially. Very impressed with PoC & DW as a partnership. Lane was busy without really producing anything, certainly a player in there though. Was right behind Savage's shot and knew it was in as soon as it left hi...

Re: CONFIRMED: Leam Richardson

Snowflake Royal
PieEater Is his name pronounced Leam as in team, or Le-am as in Liam.

If it's the latter I'm with Winston and hate him already.

It's an alternate spelling of Liam.

I hate it.

Alright Iain, calm down

Re: The inevitable poll for the next Reading manager

I mean, it isn’t particularly cultist to believe the owners, privy to 99% more information than the average fan while wanting pretty much the same thing in terms of success, might sign a decent candidate. If that’s Leam Richardson, fine. I get that what the owners want/can spend doesn’t always alig...

Re: The inevitable poll for the next Reading manager

He's inherited an awful team here too :? He just hasn't though, has he? well, we are 19th in the table, 3 wins in 14. People are saying hunt wasn't the problem and we shouldn't have sacked him. So if Hunt wasn't the problem.... think we are vastly overestimating the quality of the squad. Yet we're ...

Win % of his past five seasons: 8.7% - 2 wins in 23 25% - 5 wins in 20 58.7% - 27 wins in 46 32% - 11 wins in 34 27% - 9 wins in 33 if we win 30% of our remaining fixtures (which is his average win % over his last 5 seasons) there are 32 games remaining, that's 9 wins. 27 points. we are on 15 point...

Had Paul Ince won League 1 Manager of the Season or the League 1 title? Must've missed that.

Re: Champions League, Europa League & Europa Vauxhall Conference League 25/26

On the topic of Cheslea players, I just learned how Badiashille's name is pronounced, and its nice to know the commentators havent bothered learning it and are just saying it exactly as it reads, just as us amateurs would! 'Ba-je-shie' is how he says it himself (I have become quite obsessed with th...
