Re: Things that annoy you when you watch Reading

The fact that we have seen one Reading league goal down my end of the ground (north stand) since the Rotherham game at the start of November, which was Mackie's against Brighton.

Re: BFTG - Rotherham.

Can only really agree with the first two posters, it was a really poor display with slow the backward and sideways passing movements that we have become accustomed to this season. I think the fact that both Federici and Pearce were omitted from the 11 probably tells us they won't be here next season...

Thai Airways to sponsor us for the Arsenal game

Interesting that they have decided to sponsor us for one game. Should be a good money earner just hope the money will go to the club and not to the owners.

Re: *RELEGATION WATCH*

Like Millwall are going to make up the points difference on us when they've still got Derby at home (only one 1 win at home since October and that was against 9 man Wigan) and 3 nasty looking away games to play. Even if they did make it up Rotherham would need another win from Norwich at home and L...

Re: How far we've slipped

We are losing money, still. Next year will see a cheaper, and most probably weaker team. Unless it clicks, and a lot of the U21s step up, it's hard to see us not being in a real scrap to stay up. I have to agree. I do sometimes laugh at the people who think we should be targeting play-offs. With a ...

Re: Noisy Section at Wembley

The one worry I have is that when I was buying the tickets today, the club weren't warning anyone that 110-113 was a singing section. All the marketing of it seems to be on Social Media. Therefore on two occasions while I was in the queue and buying tickets, the agents allocated a ticket in 110-113 ...

Re: Semi final tickets?

Bought mine this morning. Got there at five past 10 to a queue of around 10 people which had cleared by the time I had bought mine. Seemed like everyone there was buying blue tickets. What was good though about doing it in person was that you were able to ask for a more specific section e.g. towards...

Re: Who do you want in the Semi final (FA Cup)

Yeah its a bad draw but what is all this about saying Monday does not matter now. Unless you have been supporting Reading for almost 90 years, this is the first and possibly the last time you will ever see Reading play in the semi final of the FA Cup. Monday is huge, it will create history for the c...

Re: BFTG - Bradford

Good old fashioned ding dong cup tie neither team deserved to lose, long time since I've seen a proper game like that. The Pog and Hector were immense Utter shame on the idiot FA for forcing a replay on Monday week apparently because you can'y have FA Cup replays the same night when there's CL foot...

BFTG Huddersfield

Well that was a waste of a 1 and a half hour journey from uni to Huddersfield, I just have to feel for the other members of the 187 who travelled from Berkshire and are still a couple of hours from home. Going to the game I was confident that we would be able to build on Saturday's win. However, thi...

Re: Who will we draw away in the FA Cup QF

Have to say I am worried that BT or the BBC could ruin it for us by placing the game on either the Sunday afternoon ot on the Monday night. Every round since the 3rd there has been a game on the Monday night. Looking at the draw, I would suspect that WBA Villa will be an early KO because of police p...

Re: Back from the stream (Derby)

Do we actually have a bad record vs 10 men or are we just assuming that? It's not great - see Millwall 2 weeks ago. True - and Watford earlier on in the season, thinking about it. I think the difference was with this game is that Derby still wanted to win the game, so did attack in numbers. In both...

Re: Lawro's Predictions

Taken out of his predictions today - full article here - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30889999 Reading boss Steve Clarke would like an FA Cup run but I think that will have to wait. Climbing away from the Championship relegation zone comes first for the Royals, and I think home advantage wi...

Re: Blackpool moved, STAR disappointed

To be honest, I don't blame the Football Clubs on this, I blame the league for sending us to Blackpool on Easter Monday after a home game on the Saturday, which would give us no preparation time for the fixture as the team would be travelling on the Saturday. I am surprised the fixture hasn't been c...
