Re: Squad for 2020/21

Where you getting that from? He looked fine in his appearances. Why wouldn't he be ok for No 2? Who do we have that's better currently? A converted academy CB who is ooc or a Brazilian, apparently defensive midfielder, that's had less than a game at RB for us? Ah. Bad wording. The Howe wanting out ...

Re: Squad for 2020/21

Howe wanted out though right? Can we stop pretending he would have been fine as number 2? Or even ready?? Where you getting that from? He looked fine in his appearances. Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a) sponsored by Sean Evers

Dave the rave No fans thing in the i this weekend either!

Perhaps they've stopped doing it for the season.
If it returns I'll post it up but until then your learned insights will have to remain the preserve of the board.

Laters.

Thats sad, I had a real corker in the works.

Re: Squad for 2020/21

Don’t think Bowen fancies Araruna. I think he’ll be moved on if possible McIntyre should be get the rest of the season at CB Is southwood eligible? If so, I’d like to see him play a couple. Otherwise I’d leave things much as they are tbh, finish as high up as we can He is i think. As long as he was...

Re: Squad for 2020/21

Puscas apparently with the highest scoring debut season for us since Noel Hunt, with a few games left, yet is apparently worth shipping out to some. His scoring record is decent but he spends a lot of games contributing very little and hasn't particularly suited playing solo up front. Yes. Well. Sc...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (h) sponsored by Craig Maskell

Can't see the team changing too much and nor should it really. While I agree, I could see some changes being made to keep things fresh with continually playing Saturday - Tuesday. Win this next one and Boro have to get 11 points from 6 games for us to go down. Play the same team and it doesn't matt...

Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

All clubs mentioned do have good keepers, Premier League on the whole is littered with goalkeeping talent. I think it's more about the keepers that might be moving on though. There is a high chance you'll see De Gea, Lloris and Kepa all leave their respective clubs in the summer break and they'll n...

Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

Could see the majority of clubs in the Premier league sniffing around him. Sheffield United will need a new keeper for one. But he could slot into so many teams across the Premier league. Its probably just Liverpool, City, United and Wolves who have better keepers (unless I'm forgetting someone obv...

Re: Back from I Follow Luton

He strikes me as a bright lad. Really looking forward to seeing him develop. With him, Rino, Olise and Richards we have four young guns that have a very bright future. I hope we give Southwood the chance to become our number two as well. Holsgrove and Nevers the next two to come through? CBC, CBC, ...

Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

I think the winner in that situation is Martinez. He will have a lot of clubs after him if he goes back to being back up keeper next season. He can stay at Arsenal and play in Europe and the cups getting paid handsomely or move to a whole host of clubs who will come sniffing. Great place to be in f...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a) sponsored by Sean Evers

I think a midfield with Swift, Rino and one of Olise and Ejaria could works long as Swift and Rino share defensive duties and Rino isn't just anchored, but it isn't ideal. Likewise I think Baker, Rino and one of the other three would also work. And Pele, Rino and one of the other three. But if we d...

Re: Back from I Follow Luton

I thought he was great yesterday. Covered a huge amount of ground. I also consider in Tim McIntyre we have a future captain of our club. He strikes me as a young man really enjoying being part of the first team squad and has a great commitment. The club are obviously working on McIntyre as captain ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a) sponsored by Sean Evers

Just wondering the last time we had a 20+ goal striker, Meite has 5 games to get 4 goals . him and Puscas have 28 goals between, that's not too shabby in a struggling team. What is Puscas on? 13? Very good return for 1st season in the Champions, but people can't wait to get on his back after a coup...

Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

He is sick in the head anyway. Martinez is probably the best goalkeeper who has ever worn a Reading shirt. He's showing his class at Arsenal, he's top drawer. I feel so vindicated that Arsenal fans are figuring out just how good he is. They have a genuine problem now. Leno has been great for them t...
