Yep Gourlay spoke a few weeks ago but things have worsened since then. I expect Stam will be in charge for the Burton game. If we lose that game he has to go. Otherwise the atmosphere for the Millwall game will be toxic.

The whole style of play has to radically change. Stam is finished at Reading.
